Mum: Ok I am pregnant that I understand, but why am I feeling sooooooooooooo ill!! The midwife has decided that I should go for a dating scan. We arrived at the scan with loads of time to spare to drink more and more water. In we go and the cold gel is dispensed onto my skin after about five minutes my worst fears are confirmed my dates which are on my calendar are correct nine and a half weeks.........................however you are having TWINS. My husband and I just look at each other, we are now sitting in the car looking at each other not a word said. I think I might have said they have got that wrong until we look at the scan pictures again and there is two!!!!!
